What is Montzel Branding Co?

Montzel Branding Co is a branding, product, and launch studio based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Founded in 2022 by Diego von Brixen Montzel Trindade, we design brand identities, build websites and digital products, automate operations, and coordinate launches. We also own and run five ventures of our own: Catálogo do Amor, Celevor, Peripla, Jarbas, and Montzel Wines.

What does Montzel do?

Montzel works across four areas: brand (naming, identity, and guidelines), build (websites and digital products), automation (routines that take repetitive work off your team, with approval steps so you stay in control), and launch (coordinating the creative, the partners, and the timeline). You can hire one area or all four.

Does Montzel work for a fixed fee or for equity?

Both. Most projects run on a fixed fee with a defined scope and a clear timeline. For a small number of ventures each year, we reduce the fee and take equity in the business instead. We only do that when we believe in the product, the team, and the market. Fee + equity is selective and needs an application.
